Dr. Felix Papillon
Dentist in Upper Marlboro, MD
“I like to help people, and that’s what drives me. What drew me to dentistry is the great opportunity it offers to serve. There is nothing more rewarding than to have a satisfied patient refer a loved one – a sister or brother, a parent or a friend. It shows me that I’ve earned their trust, and for that, I am very thankful“
said Dr. Felix Papillon.
Dr. Papillon grew up in Haiti and moved to the United States as a teenager. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Alma College in 1994, and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan’s School of Dentistry in 1998. Dr. Papillon’s desire to serve led him to do his residency at the New Orleans Veteran’s Hospital.
In addition to earning his DDS, Dr. Papillon has completed extensive training in endodontics and restorative dentistry. Most notably, Dr. Papillon completed a Mastership at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI) Global in 2007 in cosmetic, aesthetic dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation. In addition, he has completed extensive training in implant dentistry with the world-renowned Shatkins First Institute. Dr. Papillon is also a premier provider of Invisalign®. His dedication to continued education throughout the years has bolstered his ability to offer his patients a truly unique dental experience, while comprehensively maintaining their total oral health. He is a proud member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Papillon and his wife, Katherine, have three children. When he’s not taking care of patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing or watching his favorite sport: soccer!
